2011 Baseball/Softball Concession Stand Info

GAA is an organization run entirely by volunteers.  All Board Members, Coaches, and Team Moms have volunteered there time to make this a success.  Parents, you can help out too by working with your team to fill assignments for concessions .  We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation with scheduling.  It truly takes a community to keep this park running.
                 
PARENTS YOU NOW HAVE THE OPTION OF SENDING A TEENAGER 16 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO COVER YOUR CONCESSION SHIFT.
 
Four (4) Volunteers are needed in total.  To hire workers, the fee is $40 per person/per shift. This is in addition to any assesment the individual sports make.
 
     **NO CHILDREN UNDER 16 PERMITTED IN CONCESSIONS**
          
 
CONCESSION'S GUIDELINES:
 
1. All parents need to arrive 20min early and MUST SIGN IN WITH THE CONCESSIONS SUPERVISOR.  (Signing in ensures that your team receives credit for their shift)
 
2. If there are any personal conflicts with the assigned dates, the teams have the option to work it out amongst themselves. If volunteers are not forthcoming or you do not have the full number necessary for your assigned shift the team mom must email me at ttazar@comcast.net as quickly as possible. I will inform the concession manager to hire workers.
 
3. If you have the necessary volunteers it is not necessary to inform me.
If you do not, payment must be given to Meg Chambers (Concession manager) 48hrs in advance of your assigned shift.

Payment must be provided in an envelope marked with coach name, team name, date & shift scheduled and $ amt in envelope
