2009 Football Concession Stand Info

GAA is an organization run entirely by volunteers.  All Board Members, Coaches, and Team Moms have volunteered there time to make this a success.  Parents, you can help out too by working with your team to fill assignments for concessions .  We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation with scheduling.  It truly takes a community to keep this park running.
                 
PARENTS YOU NOW HAVE THE OPTION OF SENDING A TEENAGER 16 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO COVER YOUR CONCESSION SHIFT.
 
(3) Volunteers are needed in total.  (2) from the Football team (1) from the Cheer-Leading Squad. To hire workers, the fee is $32 per person/per shift. 
 
     **NO CHILDREN UNDER 16 PERMITTED IN CONCESSIONS**
          
 
 CONCESSION'S GUIDELINES:
 
1. All parents need to arrive 15min early and MUST SIGN IN WITH THE CONCESSIONS SUPERVISOR. 
(Signing in ensures that your team receives credit for their shift)
 
2. If there are any personal conflicts with the assigned dates, the teams have the option to work it out amongst themselves.  All changes need to be forwarded to gaaconcessions@gmail.com 
If changes are not submitted,  the original team scheduled will be held accountable.
 
Please do not contact me about changes needed unless you have a replacement.
 
3. Once you have received your assignment online, please send an email confirming you
did receive it right away.  Confirmation needs to be done rather you have volunteers
or not.  It is just confirming that you have seen the assignment and that the responsibility
is now that of the teams.  Please verify that your team does not have a conflict before confirming. 
This is a sure way to catch errors before it is too late!
 
4. If there are any conflicts with the concession schedules and games,
simply send me an email through the form on this page and I will
correct them.

The schedule for FOOTBALL/CHEERLEADING 2009 is a follows:
                               9/21/09 Update: All of concessions schedule will be pushed back 1 week just like the GFL games.  Please be aware of this and make sure you are there to cover your shift.
